As the International Development team’s programme manager, Doyet works closely with the General Manager to lead the development and submission of business proposals for new international development projects. She also identifies and develops new business opportunities in select territories, and ensures the smooth handover of successful project bids to delivery/implementation partners.
Doyet has over 15 years’ experience in the international development aid space, including more than seven years working for the headquarters of the Asian Development Bank in Manila, the Philippines (where she was born).
Since moving to New Zealand in 2005, Doyet has led and managed international projects/programmes for organisations such as Polytechnics International New Zealand (PINZ), which was acquired by Wintec in 2014.
Originally trained as a teacher, Doyet holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and a Master of Education.
